The name “ARTINU” is a play on Unitra’s name, formed by reversing the letters, and is pronounced as “Art in You.” Unitra embodies the essence of analytical creativity, viewing every client’s goal as a unique work of art, an expression of their individuality. Intuitively, she blends her creative and corporate experiences to offer unique perspectives while working with a team of experts, drawing on empirical evidence, and producing Big Data analytics to shape vision into reality. 

Unitra’s diverse career spans roles such as fashion and beauty coordinator for ESSENCE Magazine, franchise owner, entrepreneur, mentor to young adults, public speaker, and Vice President & Chief of Staff of Russell Glen Company. She holds degrees in Organizational Behavior & Change from New York University (NYU) and in Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she is a certified personal development coach, specializing in Emotional Intelligence through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is certified to conduct social and behavioral research through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI), accredited by NYU.

Among Unitra’s many accomplishments, she takes the greatest pride in being a mother and guiding her three children to successfully graduate from college. Having navigated her own journey of reinvention, Unitra is dedicated to helping others transform challenges into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
